When I first ordered this battery as a replacement for my Roomba 415, it didn't hold a charge for very long. Based on my review of the product, PWR+ offered to send me a replacement for my defective unit. They promptly sent me a prepaid return label to send back the defective unit and sent me a new battery. the new one works perfectly! Thanks to PWR+ for standing behind their product! This replacement battery seems to be working really well. I took another's advice and am only charging it when I want to use it -- charge to full capacity, let Roomba clean until it's dead, wait until next time and charge again. It is working well for me!
