I was warned when I was asked to try this product that it was for travel and not to do an entire dryer load worth of clothes. I was a little disappointed when I heard that, but it makes sense - this IS for travel. But, color me surprised since I was able to de-wrinkle more clothes than I expected, on one tank of water. Be sure to follow the direction about using bottled, distilled water, you can boil your own if you don't want to hunt down the bottled kind. It sounds like a pain in the butt, however you will get a LOT longer life out of your steamer if you do this, beleive me.

This product is better at what it does than I expected for the price. I was able to take the wrinkles out of 2 pairs of heavy denim jeans, cotton pants and two blouses and I still had water left in the canister.

The creasing tool, when used properly, made nice crisp creases in my jeans and blouses. Make sure if you are putting creases in something that you let the item of clothing cool off to really allow the creases to set in. I didn't do that the first time and when I put on the jeans the creases came out because of that issue!

The furniture tool had me a little flummoxed since I couldn't see a need for it, but when you read the directions it made sense so I tried it on the foot rest of one of my recliners. This tool was able to lift some of the dingy, dirtiness that accumulates without you even noticing from bare feet and whatnot. Once I was done with half the foot rest I saw a difference.

With the wool tool/brush I was able to do a pair of my husbands slacks that had been crammed tightly in a closet all winter. The wrinkles and matting was unbelievable! But this little gizmo took care of the problems right away!

The cord is 5 feet long, so if you are going to try to freshen up your drapes you most likely will need an extension cord.

The light to indicate that it is ready to use - is a bit iffy, so I took a half a star off for that. You don't really need the light to tell you it is ready. You just need to let it sit plugged in for 2 minutes and you are good to go.

This product can be used for other things beside 'ironing'. It can be also used as a disinfecting or bacteria removing tool from hard surfaces, a deodorizer and pillow freshener.

That's really something to think about.
