This is a good one. Microwave has digital control panel. No entry handle; push button for door to open automatically. It has pre-programmed cook times for potatoes, frozen dinners, microwave frozen pizza, and popcorn. Has pre-programmed reheating times for warming foods. There's a pre-programmed selection for heating a cup of water or other liquids. If wanting to manually select warming and cooking times, there is a keypad for that. When reheating, foods warm relatively evenly...and fast.
Includes a defrost button. It's possible to defrost by weight and to cook by weight. Heating/cooking power can be adjusted.
This unit is attractive and sleek looking in the black. It has a digital clock located above the keypad. Has interior light when in operation. The bottom has feet for stabilization. It's grounded with a three prong plug. Was shipped in the manufacturer's box. No outer box, but manufacturer's box includes a built handle for lifting and microwave was well padded. Small microwave; easy enough to lift and carry. I'm pleased.

As with anything, there is a bit of a learning curve - every appliance seems to have AT LEAST 1 feature that is new to you. So keep the owner's manual handy to look up anything that you need to.
The microwave seems to be working just fine; we have had it in the office kitchen for three months and no one has complained!

I have an Oster blender for 20 years...I expect to have this low wattage for a long time.
I had a 1500 watt Sharp, but id died after 3 years....I am most happy with this.
